How Rendering Credits Work

Each view adds a one-time bonus to your shared credits pool. 1 frame at 1080p = 1 credit · 1 frame at 4K = 2 credits. Credits never expire. Need more? Buy packs or enable auto-pay.

What is a view? expand_more

A view is a single camera position with its own subscription, storage quota, and tier. Each view captures photos on a schedule and generates timelapse videos.

How does storage work? expand_more

Each view has its own isolated storage quota based on its tier (5 GB for Hobby, 100 GB for Plus, 250 GB for Pro). Storage is not shared between views. If a view reaches its quota, only that view is blocked — your other views keep working. You can add extra storage to any specific view.

How do rendering credits work? expand_more

Each new view adds a one-time bonus to your shared credits pool (5k for Hobby, 20k for Plus, 100k for Pro). Credits never expire and are shared across all views. When credits run out, you can buy extra packs (€3/10,000 credits) or enable auto-pay to keep rendering without interruption.

Can I mix different plans on different views? expand_more

Yes! Each view has its own independent subscription. You can have one view on Hobby and another on Pro within the same account. Upgrade or downgrade each view individually.

Can I change plans or cancel anytime? expand_more

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period. No long-term contracts.

What happens after the trial? expand_more

After 30 days, uploads are blocked but your photos remain accessible for another 30 days. Subscribe to any paid plan to keep your data and resume capturing.
